Fear can seem very real. It is our perceived value of fear that helps or hurts us while finding solutions to our daily challenges and problems. I believe that discourage is the opposite of courage. However, fear can cripple you to a point of not even moving or taking any action because of the unknown. Fear can take on a life of its own. In combat, the Fear is indescribable.
What are we afraid of, fear of failure? Some of the great inventors and leaders of this world have failed before they found the solution they were looking for. Failing is not Failure, giving up is failure.
Are we afraid of success? I had to dig deep on this one because all of the unhealthy input I allowed put in my mind throughout the years. A poverty consciousness is very real.
My solution for fear is to take some kind of action. If that does not work, I take another action. Having walked where we have walked we know that motion creates emotion. When we move something happens to our physiological self and our mind becomes clear. It is what Tony Robbins calls "Changing Your State." Walk through your fear, though sometimes it is trudge through your fear. Either way you must get through it. Write it down, discuss it, and you will become stronger.
